Accessibility Statement
Last updated: May 26, 2026
Our commitment
Marcia’s Munchies LLC is committed to making BatterSuite accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to meet or exceed Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards across our website and mobile applications.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy and landmark regions
- Sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements
- Keyboard navigation support throughout the site
- Descriptive alt text for meaningful images
- Form labels and validation messages associated with inputs
- Responsive design that works across screen sizes and orientations
- Avoidance of content that flashes more than three times per second
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas of the site may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We are actively working to improve:
- Third-party widgets (payment forms, analytics) over which we have limited control
- Older content and embedded media that may lack captions or transcripts
- Some interactive components that we are progressively enhancing
Compatibility
BatterSuite is designed to be compatible with the latest two major versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, on desktop and mobile. We test with common assistive technologies including screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver), keyboard-only navigation, and browser zoom up to 200%.
