Frequently Asked Questions
How do I reset my password?
Go to the BatterSuite login screen and tap "Forgot Password." Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
How do I add a recipe and calculate its cost?
From the dashboard, tap Recipes β†’ Add New Recipe. Enter your ingredients with quantities and the app will automatically calculate your cost per batch and per serving based on your ingredient prices.
Can I use BatterSuite on multiple devices?
Yes. Your BatterSuite account syncs across all your devices. Simply log in with the same email and password on any device to access your data.
How do I update my ingredient prices?
Go to Ingredients in the menu, find the ingredient you want to update, and tap Edit. Update the price and save β€” all recipes using that ingredient will automatically recalculate.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone/iPad: Go to Settings β†’ Apple ID β†’ Subscriptions, find BatterSuite and tap Cancel. On Android: Go to Google Play β†’ Subscriptions, find BatterSuite and cancel. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can request account deletion using the form below. Check the "Request Account Deletion" box when submitting your message. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. This action cannot be undone. You can also email support@battersuite.com with the subject line "Delete My Account."
The app isn't loading or is crashing β€” what do I do?
First try closing and reopening the app. If that doesn't help, try uninstalling and reinstalling β€” your data is saved to your account and won't be lost. If the problem continues, please submit a support request below with your device type and app version.
